Parveen Jain
President and CEO
Dr. Parveen Jain is a seasoned corporate executive and entrepreneur. Most recently, he served as co-founder and CEO of Jovian DATA, subsequently acquired by MarketShare Partners. Parveen previously held multiple senior executive roles at McAfee, serving as Executive Vice President for Corporate Development and Strategy, and also as Chief Marketing Officer & Executive Vice President of Marketing. Prior to joining McAfee, Parveen was co-founder & CEO of IntruVert Networks, a pioneer in the intrusion detection and prevention market before being acquired by the security giant in May 2003. He has five granted and several pending patents and has authored more than 50 business and professional papers. Parveen holds a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Parveen is an active angel investor and serves on the boards of multiple startup companies. He is a dedicated philanthropist and an advisor for a number of non-profit organizations including American Foundation for the Blind, South Asian Heart Center, AANA, and Jain Center of Northern California.
Paul DiBello
Vice President of Global Sales
Paul DiBello has more than 20 years of sales experience in IT and network security. Prior to joining RedSeal, Paul was Vice President of Enterprise Sales and Business Development for Arbor Networks, a leading provider of rate and behavioral based security solutions for global networks. He drove Arbor's sales from inception to profitability, led the expansion into Europe and Asian markets, and developed strategic partnerships with Cisco, Juniper and ISS/IBM. Before joining Arbor, Paul led the business development organizations at Sanctum Inc, an application security provider acquired by IBM, and at WheelGroup Inc., until its acquisition by Cisco. He began his career at AT&T, where he held various strategic sales and business development roles. Paul is a graduate of Princeton University with a degree in Economics.
Robbie Forkish
Senior Vice President of Products
Robbie Forkish is responsible for RedSeal’s product development, including engineering and product management, as well as operations and IT. In Robbie’s career he has demonstrated significant expertise in networking, security, access controls, and high-availability platforms. Prior to joining RedSeal Networks, Robbie was Vice President of Engineering at Autonomic Networks, where he was responsible for customer service and sales engineering, as well as the development of Autonomic’s access audit solution. He also served previously as Vice President of Business Development at SOMA Networks, and Vice President of Marketing at Sentient Networks. Earlier in his career, Robbie was co-founder and CTO of Network Equipment Technologies (N.E.T.), which grew from zero to over 1,000 employees and became the industry leader in multi-service networking.
Mike Lloyd, PhD
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Mike Lloyd has more than 25 years of experience in the modeling and simulation of dynamic systems. Before joining RedSeal Networks, Dr. Lloyd was Chief Technology Officer for RouteScience Technologies, acquired by Avaya, where he pioneered self-optimizing networks and was granted 16 patents on dynamic network control and security. Dr. Lloyd was previously principal architect for MPLS VPN provisioning at Cisco, and senior network modeling engineer for Netsys Technologies. Mike holds a degree in mathematics from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland, and a PhD in epidemic modeling from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland.
Vincent (Vince) A. McCord
Chief Financial Officer
Vince McCord brings more than 30 years of experience in financial management of IT security, semiconductor, computer storage, and systems providers to his position as Chief Financial Officer of RedSeal Networks. Prior to joining RedSeal, Vince served as CFO of Zenverge, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company, and prior to that was a partner in FLG Partners LLC, acting as CFO to several high-technology client companies on a consulting basis. Vince has also served as CFO of several startup companies, including IntruVert Networks (acquired by McAfee), and SDL, Inc., a public telecommunications component company. He also served as corporate controller of LSI Logic, and held various positions in financial management with Conner Peripherals and IBM. Vince received his MBA from the Harvard Business School, and hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Mathematics from Georgia Tech.
Datta Subrahmanya
Vice President & Managing Director, RedSeal India
Datta Subrahmanya brings substantial wealth of network security engineering and development experience to his role of Vice President & Managing Director, RedSeal India. Prior to joining the company, he served as Senior Director of Engineering at NetApp, after leading Cisco’s Global Services Practice, where he focused on growing the organization’s scale, productivity, quality and innovation. Datta also previously held Leadership roles in Global Delivery for Telecom at HP Services, the Competency Center for Wireless Systems at Lucent Bell Labs, and Software Development at NEC’s Public Networks Group. His profile also includes Software Engineering stints at Unisys and Wipro. Datta received a BS in Electronics Engineering from University Vishweswariah College of Engineering, Bangalore, and Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University.
Allan Thompson
Executive Vice President of Business Development and Services
As Executive Vice President of Business Development and Services for RedSeal Networks, Allan Thompson is responsible for building strategic partnerships to expand RedSeal’s global sales channels and establish a network of RedSeal service providers, worldwide. Prior to joining RedSeal, Allan served as Executive Vice President, Operations, for Dataguise, Inc., an early stage security start-up company offering Data Security Intelligence & Protection and Gartner “Thought Leader” in the Application Security space. Before Dataguise, Allan served in a number of executive leadership roles at companies including at Reconnex, acquired by McAfee , as the Vice President of Business Development, at Tenebril, acquired by Process Software, as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development, at Senforce Technologies, acquired by Novell, as the President and CEO, at IntruVert Networks, acquired by McAfee, as Vice President of Business Development, and at Trend Micro, pre-and-post IPO, as the Senior Vice President of Global Alliances & Marketing. Allan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
